One of the biggest questions we get asked in life is why . . . Why did you do that, Why did you think that was a good idea, Why didn’t you consider this?? We are curious beings who seek to know the why in life. My sisters and I would love to be a beacon to those who seek such answers wether it is why did my sour dough loaf not rise, why did my toddler think eating that bug was a good idea . . . all the way to why do bad things happen to good people?

Let’s start with, “Why did you and your sisters want to start a blog?”
Well why not??? But seriously we love reading other blogs with tips, tricks, thoughts, ideas, or creative solutions as we reach different milestones in our lives individually, in our families, with our children and even in our friendships. We have some great thoughts, ideas and light bulbs moments of our own and we want to share that with current and future friends! We are called to lift one another up.

All three of us have a common foundation in Christ and in our love for each other, but we are different in how we see the world through our past and present experiences and God given personalities. As we talked about our blog, our brand and goals we really gravitated toward Ecclesiastes 4:12, “And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” This really resonated with us for a few reasons:
- There are three of us! Easy
- As we’ve worked on our relationships we have gotten stronger and our bonds continue to strengthening.
- We loved that although we are three individual people the three of us together can accomplish many things. God gave us each other by design and for a purpose.
We look forward to what God has in store for us, the many adventures this blog will bring us, and the many or the few people that we can share our love of food, family and life with.
